Top ups via Snapper kiosks will incur a 1.5% card processing fee when using credit. When confirming your top up amount, a prompt will inform you that a 1.5% card processing fee will be applied to your transaction. You must accept this charge before the payment is processed. This fee will be added by the payment provider and included in the transaction amount, but it will not be added to your balance.
EFTPOS cards, and debit cards using cheque/savings accounts will not incur any additional fee.
