Snapper at Red Light Kia ora Wellington, As Aotearoa has now moved to the Red Light setting as part of our COVID-19 response, we wanted to update you on what that means for Snapper users. For the most part – business is as usual. Catching the bus and train There are no changes to current operating – please see Metlink’s website for more detail on expectations when you travel, as well as all service updates and timetables. Alternatively, you can call the Metlink Service Centre on 0800 801 700. Snapper customer care In-person Snapper support: Please note: The Snapper Head Office is closed to the public. Snapper assistance is available at either of the Wellington City, or Upper Hutt i-SITE service centres. Wellington City Wellington i-SITE Visitor Centre 111 Wakefield Street 601 (In front of the Michael Fowler Centre) No vaccine pass required Hutt Valley Upper Hutt i-SITE Visitor Centre 836 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt (In the Expressions Art and Entertainment Centre) Vaccine pass required You can find their opening hours, here. Kiosks / retailers: Requirements for vaccine passes and mask wearing will be dependent on the individual retailer/kiosk location. Please see the COVID-19 government website, or check with the retailer if you’re unsure.
