Planned outage notification Summary: An upcoming planned outage will briefly impact your ability to carry out certain functions using your Snapper card. Using your Snapper card to travel (i.e. tagging on and off) will NOT be impacted. Between 7.30pm and 10pm on Tuesday 21st January, required database maintenance will be completed on the Snapper network. This work will require a planned outage, making the following functions unavailable: All Snapper kiosk functions (topping up, checking balances, collecting credits). Topping up/purchasing passes at a Snapper retailer (balance checks and transaction histories will still be available). All Snapper app functions (topping up, checking balances, purchasing passes, collecting credits, etc.). Snapper website functions such as checking transaction histories, creating accounts, and registering cards. Applying for concessions on the Snapper website (except for tertiary concessions, which will remain available to apply for). We recommend planning ahead and ensuring your Snapper card has any credit, concessions or passes available that you may need during that time.
