What do I do if my Tertiary concession expires? Your concession remains valid as long as you meet the Metlink eligibility conditions. If you believe your concession has incorrectly expired, please contact your tertiary education provider to discuss this with them. TIP: As long as the card is registered, a concession expiry reminder email will be sent to the registered email address in the month before the expiry is due to occur. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that the concession is reapplied for in a timely manner following expiry. Refunds will not be available for travel taken before the concession is reapplied.
