What isn’t my iOS app top up showing on my card? If you’ve recently purchased Snapper credit via the iOS app, but it hasn’t been reflected in your card balance yet – you can try a couple of things. First, try scanning your card again on the app to check that the top up isn’t in a pending state (this can happen when the card isn’t scanned a second time to collect the credit). Check your bank/card transactions to see whether you were charged – if not, simply attempt the top up again. If you have been charged, but the credit is not on your card balance, or in a pending state – please contact us so we can help.
