I haven’t received an outcome for my Tertiary concession application yet – what do I do? If you have submitted an application and not received an outcome from your tertiary education organisation in 3 or more business days, please contact them directly to follow this up. If you are having trouble making contact with your tertiary provider regarding this, you can get in touch with our team to assist you. Refunds will not be available for travel taken while awaiting concession approval.
