Can I use my Snapper on train replacement buses?

You can use Snapper on any scheduled rail replacement buses that have Snapper onboard. 

Please note, to avoid penalty fares,  do not tag on at the train platform when taking rail replacement services. Tag on and off on the rail replacement bus. 

If you have already tagged on and your train is cancelled, tag off at the same station within 40 minutes from the time you first tagged on to avoid being charged. You should tag on and off the rail replacement bus as usual. If more than 40 minutes has passed since you originally tagged on, please contact Snapper via this webform.
