GO Wellington


GO Wellington reflects the positive nature and 'anything goes' attitude of Wellington city. Some 55,000 Wellingtonians ride with GO Wellington on a daily basis. GO Wellington has a fleet of 223 buses, including Wellington's iconic trolley buses. There are approximately 387 GO Wellington bus drivers and staff.

GO Wellington is part of the NZ Bus family of services, which includes Valley Flyer in Wellington, North Star, GO WEST, Metrolink and Waka Pacific in Auckland and Northbus in Whangarei.

Valley Flyer


Valley Flyer connects Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne, Stokes Valley and Wellington. The Valley Flyer logo, showing a tui in full flight, also expresses the winding flow of the Hutt River and the hills and mountains that frame the Valley landscape. Illustrations featured on Valley Flyer buses capture a slice of life in the Hutt - fishing, swimming, golfing, surfing and enjoying the Hutt River.

Airport Flyer.


Airport Flyer


The Airport Flyer is an express bus service that runs from Upper Hutt, through Queensgate in Lower Hutt to the centre of Wellington and on to Wellington International Airport and back. The service runs every 15 minutes, every day between the Airport and Queensgate. The last departure from the airport is at 9.30pm.

Purpose built for the route, Airport Flyer buses feature added extras, such as leather coach-style seats, air conditioning and free on-board Wi-Fi, for increased passenger amenity.

The Airport Flyer sits under Valley Flyer within the NZ Bus family of services, which includes GO Wellington in Wellington, North Star, GO WEST, Metrolink and Waka Pacific in Auckland and Northbus in Whangarei.
